Well, it’s the anniversary of D-Day. And Judith, who is very patriotic having been born on Flag Day, marks the occasion by TAKING HER FIRST STEPS!!!! Yeah!
Now I will confess, I did not see these first steps – Robert did. I was doing dishes (what I was doing when she crawled for the first time while Robert was playing with her as well), but he swore she took them. So we coaxed and coaxed, and she’s since taken several sets of steps. She’s hasn’t put more than two of them together yet, but most likely that will not take very long at all.
We just thought you’d all want to know! We have an ambulatory child now (as Robert says). Have a great day!
